I have worked closely with Henry Pacheco
for almost two years. during the time that i have worked with Henry,
i have observed and noticed all the good qualities that he possessed as a
Lead in the Culinary Dept. Henry does his job
and duties very well in all aspect.

he truly enjoy what he does as far as cooking and takes
pride of his work. he is very articulate and artistic also, he has a good organizational skills in his dept. during his tenure @ The Seattle Westin Hotel, we enjoyed working with Henry as he has good
sense of humor especially when things get hectic.
